Director of Operations
Michelle began working at S&E Holdings in 2012, on a part time basis, after the birth of her first child. In 2014 Michelle agreed to full time status as the Office Administrator. Her responsibilities included processing and overseeing the coordination of a very busy corporate management office as well as the development and consulting offices, assisting with the management of the portfolio, coordinating payables for all the managed properties, invoicing, posting Housing payments and submitting Replacement Reserve requests to DHCD and HUD. In 2016 Michelle went on maternity leave and upon her return Michelle began taking on more of an accounting role for S&E Holdings, LLC. In addition to posting Housing payments and coordinating the data required for submitting Replacement Reserve Requests, Michelle reconciles all bank accounts, post journal entries, reconciles the company credit cards and corporate staff petty cash requests as well as automating and overseeing the payroll process. Michelle also maintains all corporate documents including the Employee Handbook and the Policy and Procedure Manual and has become an invaluable addition to the corporate staff. In 2019 Michelle was promoted to Director of Operations.
