Jacqueline "Jackie" Montgomery started her career in Property Management in 2004 when she began working as a Leasing Specialist for Equity Residential.

In 2006, Jackie was hired by Emperian as the Property Manager for 2 communities located in Newnan, Georgia. During her time at Emperian, Jackie acquired her skills in accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting and make ready management.

In 2012, Jackie took a position as Property Manager at FCA Residential, managing a 300+ unit fractured condominium community in Tamarac, FL. In 2014, she obtained her CAM License and took on the additional role as the communities’ Condominium Association Manager.

In 2016 Jackie relocated with FCA in order to take over their assets in Tampa, FL, and was promoted to the position of assistant to the companies’ Chief Executive Officer. In this role she was instrumental in the development of training materials and standard operating procedures for the company’s management division. Jackie worked diligently on their conversion from Rent Manager to Yardi. Because of her expertise in YARDI, Jackie traveled throughout the portfolio to train FCA employees in both Customer Service and the use of YARDI.

In 2017, Jackie resigned from FCA due to family obligations and returned to Georgia; where she continued to work in Property Management. She began with S&E Holdings in October of 2018 as the Recertification Specialist for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program and in 2020 she was promoted to Property Manager.

Jackie has various training, seminars and designations including CAM, and Fair Housing Annual Certification, and is above proficient in Rent Manager and Yardi Operating Systems.

Jackie is now the South Eastern Management Specialist for S&E Holdings, LLC and excels at Customer Service, Policy and Procedure and all Property Management industry practices and standards.
