Gary Edelen holds the title of Director of Maintenance for S&E Holdings, LLC, a Columbia, MD based consulting and property management company. He is currently working on his undergraduate degree in Business Management, as well as obtaining his Maryland Contractor’s License. Gary joined S&E in 2018 after owning and operating a successful maintenance company for over 20 years.

Gary entered the maintenance field at the age of 19 where he started with Facilities Maintenance at Safeway Bread Plant. At the age of 22 he started a Flooring company that specialized in emergency services work that included water, fire and mold remediation. As his company grew, he expanded and focused on specializing with multi-family property maintenance. This focus included consulting and identifying the maintenance needs of the properties that he serviced. In 2014 he took a director of Building and Grounds position with Real Life Church where he over saw the construction of a church expansion off campus and new facilities on campus. In 2015, Gary started an outreach through his local church and traveled up and down the east coast doing mission work that included the complete rehabilitation of commercial and residential properties that were effected by natural disasters. Gary has also traveled to other countries to assist in the construction of new church plants.

Gary is certified in mold, water, smoke, and fire remediation. He is certified in the identification and treatment of bedbugs by the North American Bedbug Treatment Center. As Director of Maintenance for S&E, Gary overseas maintenance for all east coast properties as well as consulting for numerous multi-family property owners, troubling shooting issues with construction and managing project rehabilitation.
