S&E Holdings, LLC is founded and management operations begin, in conjunction with HTA Development, LLC, develop and manage 74 units of Site Based Subsidy and LIHTC units in downtown Baltimore, M on Madison

2013 -

S&E Holdings, LLC develops state of the art property management policies and procedures handbook in combination with multifamily software and consulting products.

2014 -

S&E Holdings, LLC adds 74-Unit M on Madison to the portfolio

2015 -

S&E Holdings, LLC adds 170-Unit Holly Lane Apartments to the portfolio

2016 -

S&E Holdings, LLC grows to more than 30 employees managing nearly 1000 units in 6 cities

2017 -

S&E Holdings, LLC receives “Excellence in Housing Management” award from New Jersey Housing & Mortgage Finance Agency for the fourth straight year and in partnership with HTA Development, LLC, S&E Holdings develops and manages a new 71 unit, Site Based Subsidy and LIHTC apartment complex

2018 -

S&E Holdings, LLC receives “Excellence in Housing Management” award from New Jersey Housing & Mortgage Finance Agency for the 5th straight year

2019 -

S&E Holdings, LLC adds the positions of Director of Maintenance, Director of Compliance, Director of Operations and Area Supervisor

2020 -

S&E Holdings, LLC welcomes a new level of compliance and receives the "Excellence in Housing Management" award from the NJHMFA
